Community Association Management refers to the management and organizational services provided to properties and residential communities, such as a homeowners association. Golden Rule's Community Association Management division was created after seeing a need for reliable and consistent management within our Gainesville residential communities.
Golden Rule Real Estate & Property Management's main objective is to treat you like family and your investment as if it were our own. We know the feeling of being nickel and dimed with our own investment homes. That is why we have come up with a flat fee full management option for our clients. For only $99 a month we will eliminate all of your headaches by ensuring that your investment is protected.
Golden Rule will give you a free comprehensive market analysis for your rental to help determine the current rental value of your property. We will also pin point any maintenance that will be needed prior to listing the home. Your property will be professionally photographed and those photos will be used in all advertising.
At Golden Rule Real Estate & Property Management, we see our tenants as an integral part of our family. We want our tenants to feel safe and protected when they rent one of our properties and we achieve that through our transparency and communication with our tenants. When you rent one of our properties you are given a tenant portal where you will pay your rent, report any maintenance issues/request, and have access to us 24/7.
