Tyler conducted an inspection on my home early this year and I wanted to extend my gratitude for such a thorough job. He even suggested I assist in the inspection so I could better acquaint myself with my first home. In less than 24 hours I was furnished with a fully detailed and illustrated inspection report from Tyler.

My name is Tyler Tachell, owner of To the T Home Inspections. I have been in the carpentry field for over 15 years, specializing in new home construction and remodels. Through this, I found my passion in the trades. I became a licensed home inspector to assist people in understanding the details of their current or future home.
Every home will receive a thorough inspection that meets or exceeds the Washington State Standards of Practice and the Department of Licensing codes and regulations. A general inspection typically takes 2-5 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the home. The report will be generated after the inspection is complete and returned within 24 hours.

Tyler was absolutely amazing for my RRIO inspection! He was ready to work around my schedule - the next day if need be. He was on-time, friendly, understanding, and helpful. He made the process totally painless and easy. I recommend him highly. You can't go wrong with To the T. I was quite concerned about the inspection because my house is nearly 90 years old, but he walked me through what was required and we passed the inspection on time and under the expected cost. Call him now! :D

Great experience working with Tyler at To the T Home Inspections. My friend recommended him so I reached out and had an appointment for the next morning. Tyler came out and did a thorough inspection over 2 hours. He went to on the roof, through the attic, and under the crawlspace, in a addition to the main house, taking photos and providing helpful advice along the way. My afternoon I had the inspection report, which was well-formatted and informative, complete with photos. When I asked for some advice and a copy of all photos, Tyler was very helpful and friendly.

As a first time home buyer, I was... LOST. I didn't know much about home inspections or how to determine a good home inspector from a bad one. I called Tyler and he answered while he was on vacation(first positive sign). After scheduling the inspection, we met at the property a few days later. He showed up on time and was very thorough and friendly during the inspection. We didn't end up getting that house. A few days later we found another house and wanted to do a pre-inspection. With only a couple hours notice and a deep drive Tyler showed up to the rescue. Shortly after both inspections, he
