Eye care and visual assessments are important, regardless of your age or physical health. During a medical eye evaluation, your eye doctor will not only determine your prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses, but will also check your eyes for common eye diseases, assess how your eyes work together as a team and evaluate your eyes as an indicator of your overall health.
It is very important to take your children for eye exams on a regular basis. Pediatric eye care incorporates special techniques and technology to ensure accurate testing and help us accommodate young children. According to experts, 80% of learning is visual, which means that if your child is having difficulty seeing clearly, his or her learning can be affected.

Do not go here. They're scamming and up-charging. I went in for a routine eye exam that was 100% covered by my insurance. This business told me it would be $69 copay because they "have to take pictures of the back of the eye". I verified with my insurance that I am 100% covered for an routine eye exam and they said I was. Taking photos of the back of the eye was not necessary for an eye exam. They just wanted a copay.
