Cris is a 300RYT by Yoga Alliance, she graduated in 2016. Cris has a certificate in Restorative Yoga (144 hrs) Ashtanga Yoga (60 hrs) and Alignment in Hatha Yoga (72 hrs). Cristina has taught yoga since 2015. Since then she's developed a style that is strong, safe, and focused in correct alignment to empower students both on and of their mats.
Esteban is a 500 RYT by Yoga Alliance. He is also certified in Pilates, Barre, and HIIT. He has a 7-year teaching experience. She is certified in Yoga for kids (60 hr) and Alignment in Hatha Yoga (72 hr). She recently completed a 200 hr certification in Anusara Yoga. Ale's teaching experience since 2009 with Les Mills class Body Balance and teaches Yoga since 2014 in Ciudad Jurez and El Paso since 2017.

Cute location but very disappointed. I was trying out a few yoga studios in EP while I was visiting family from out of town. A couple of friends wanted to check Anahata Yoga Studio out so we all met there on a Saturday morning for the 10am class. Doors were locked, even though there were people inside the studio. We were early. I called the studio and was surprised how rude the lady who answered the phone was with me. I drove across town just to make it to class and she told me "we are closed and will open up in January." Really?! The website and the schedule on their front window did
