Hot Box Yoga is where you can find balance, harmony and energy renewal amidst the hectic bustle of everyday pressures and deadlines. Relax & enjoy a personalized day yoga experience in our comfortable sanctuary. We offer mostly heated classes here at Hot Box Yoga. We find that a heated room warms the body and allows for deeper relaxation, greater flexibility, and increased detoxification/cleansing.
We also really like to sweat. Due to the dry desert environment we also add humidity to our classes. Hot yoga is really for people who want a more intense workout. Working in the heat helps the body relax, improves breathing (which helps conditions like asthma) and focuses the mind, which develops better mental concentration.

Update November 2021
Finally got around to going to a class. The studio has a nice vibe. The classes are moderate to hard. Instructors are well organized and attentive. Personally, it was too hot for me to have a good workout, mostly just sweating and getting dehydrated.
*******Summer 2021
Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of the instructors. My review is of the experience with management.
I'm new in town and was interested in trying the studio out. When I was finally able to make it to a class, El Paso flooded. Literally like Noah's ark level flood lol. The city was shut down.

Yooooooooooooo im a believer. I feel this is very beneficial for the body. Probably once or twice a month. Im 3 pounds lighter. I feel clean inside. Im continuing this for life. This is my first time so i cannot compare to ither studios. The website isnt intuitive to book to participants at the same time, however you can call to book two people. I recommend this to single people also.

I absolutely LOVE this place!
I have always wanted to take up hot yoga and since i recently had a back injury, i wasnt able to do much theae days. I figured Id finally try it now and hopefully it helps my back in the process!
I started off with the Warm Vin-Yin to get my toes wet. I wasnt sure how well i would handle the heat. It was very good and the instructor was also amazing! She really walked you through every move you needed to do next and she was also very knowledgable. She offered advanced moves and positions for those who are more capable and also encouraged those of us to stay put

Great place for all levels. It's especially great for those individuals who are more advanced because you get the opportunity to try more advanced poses. I went in as a drop in because I was experiencing lower back aches. I left feeling good. I realized as the day went by that my back aches had gone. The heat and stretching helped tons!

Hot Box is an excellent yoga studio for all. The instructors/staff embrace a well rounded practice that goes beyond poses and the yoga mat. They are always mindful to accommodate for everyone. The owner (Kat) is very receptive to feedback and will go above and beyond to take action.
I started attending as a total beginner and the instructors were extremely helpful. They instilled confidence in me to embark on my own yoga journey and even implement a home practice.
The studio is super clean, even though most classes are warm/hot and there are many sweaty humans. One of the things I really enjoyed

Walking through their doors changed my life for the best! Before I even walked in I was intimidated and insecure from sheer lack of knowledge. Before a couple months ago I'd never even taken a "studio" class. Taking a class here and then one there, and finally speaking to the owner and other instructors, completely changed that mindset! They have been nothing but welcoming, kind, and supportive no matter where you are in your practice. I have truly found a studio where I'm as comfortable as if I'm in my own home, and for that alone, I thank you Kat, and to all the wonderful instructors who are

First time at Hot Box Yoga and the instructor was soooooo sweet and great. I would rate her 5 stars. However, the OWNER WAS SO RUDE. She yelled at me for having to leave class to quickly get my water bottle that I had left in the car. She also gave anyone a towel except for me. She was so unprofessional and her attitude made me not want to go back even though I loved the instructor.

Finally decided to sign up for a membership after passing the location many times. Being new to this city, I saw the options for hot yoga were very limited. However, I am glad I decided to stick with this location. First, the studio is small compared to other studios in bigger cities. However, I have grown to like it because it is more intimate, and the instructor has the ability to focus on everyone. Being new to yoga, I am still learning the poses and have had the instructors come by and help me and improved my learning experience. In addition, every class I have been to have been slightly different

Such a beautiful space only outdone by its wonderful people. This is one of the best places I have experienced yoga. Clean, calm and the setting was so very open. The decor was perfect. The smells brought you into a wonderful state of peace. I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back again! I wish them continued success.

They moved! At least since my first review back in 2014. And the new location is pretty nice.
Their old location was in more of a warehouse district and I think it was a shared space with a crossfit gym so it's a big upgrade to see Hot Box Yoga in their own studio with a total feel of Yoga-ness from the second you walk in.
There studio is much smaller than the previous location, but it suits their needs much better. The actual studio is located upstairs where you'll also find a bathroom and some blankets if you need them (I don't think they want you to sweat on the blankets though

Came here for a detox after Christmas and was greeted very warmly as I got in.
The class was packed but it did have enough space. The steam is amazing! Blake lead the class, it was good. It had a nice flow with an arm balance. I wish he would've done more twisting as it was titled detox but it was all in all good.
The place is small but they are expanding/moving. Would go back again and try other classes.

Hot Box is a little oasis in El Paso. The moment you step inside you forget about the outside world. It's quiet, and cozy. The studio is shealded from the elements and allows you to focus on your practice. The staff (Chelsea and Kat) were very welcoming when I walked into the studio. Chelsea's class had a wonderful sequence, a strong directional cues and a thoughtful music playlist. I look forward to visiting this studio again.

I have been going to Hot Box Yoga for a few months now and have fallen in love with practicing yoga (especially hot vinyasa)! The instructors are incredibly friendly, offer support and great instruction on poses and learning to find your center, not to mention make the entire class super fun, AND you get an awesome workout. If you're thinking about trying hot yoga, or even regular yoga, you have to try Hot Box Yoga!
