Property management here is HORRIBLE. For months, packages have been left in a public parking garage (see below) for hours and sometimes overnight. Everyone in Morristown has access to this space and packages can easily be stolen. I called the leasing office to address the issue and the woman hung up on me. I called back and nobody answered. I called from another phone and they answered so they are actively ignoring my phone calls and that says how much they care (or don’t care) about residents. I don’t think it is unreasonable to want to have your packages left in a secure space but some how

Please go somewhere else to live. Once SOFI took over, everything went to garbage. The new manager is a total scumbag. Basically, they ripped me off, went against my lease and said i owed them 2 weeks worth of rent past my lease end date (a legal contract) because I did not let them know 2 months in advance of my move out day. I let them know 6 weeks in advance which is still plenty of time. Nobody should have to pay rent past the agreed upon lease end date. Oh and also they did not even give me back my security deposit. Who does that. I hope this management lady deserves the karma that is coming

Since the change of management 2 years ago, service has deteriorated. Office staff not friendly or helpful, unlike the previous ones. The office is always locked and I bet you they won’t open the door at the first knock. You have to knock several times before they open the door. Package delivery system is horrible (can’t find your packages and office staff don’t care and won’t even try to help you look for them). The only good thing I can say is that the building maintenance guys are quite friendly and responsive.
I would not recommend this place at their price point.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT BUILDING AT ALL COST!!! I lived in the building for two years. Initially, it was great. The management company was very helpful and we really loved living here. As soon as Sofi took over, everything changed. It became impossible to contact anyone by phone or email. I was understanding at first due to the pandemic, but they continued to disappoint. Packages have been left unsecured for the last 6-8 months. We dealt with multiple homeless people on property. When I tried to speak to the Property Manager, Marcy, she slammed the door in my face. The final kicker for this building

I have lived in Sofi for almost a year now and I would recommend living here. A few key points:
Price: It is expensive but similar, comparable to, and slightly cheaper than other apartment buildings in the area that have the same concept. The rent increases each renewal are also par with what other buildings do. Annoying but standard for New Jersey.
Location: Morristown is a great place to live. A lot of things within walking distance and a nice running trail nearby. The train station to the city is connected and I don’t hear the noise at all. There is a pizza place in the building and a brewery

Horrible experience with this building and management. I chose to live in a “managed” building for convenience and assistance with issues. Instead, i got stuck living in a building where I have no liberty to solve the issues myself and have no one to contact to help. There is an office phone number for residents whom no one answers nor are calls returned during business hours. Had a major utilities emergency and left a message on their “emergency” hotline and got no response for hours. The building is also undergoing construction and there is no organization in terms of resident services

I’ve lived here for over 6 years. But new management took over in 2019. This Management doesn’t care about residents and considering the price of our rent it’s appalling. Also with restrictions still in place on amenities from Covid - why am I still paying amenity fees? I have extremely loud upstairs neighbors who I have contacted the office about several times. No response. Nothing done. Also with in the past 6 months the apartment building has gotten very dirty. Trash strewn around in trash room, stains on hallway carpets, urine smell in hallways. Very disgusting but difficult and expensive

We just moved into the Sofi building and are thrilled with our decision. Beautiful, clean apartment and Iris was so helpful in coordinating our lease. The building is in a great location and parking is attached, so my car is a short minute walk from the door. Pool, gym and common areas are also a huge plus. Call Iris for any questions and unit availability, you won’t regret it!

I moved to SOFI at Morristown Station this month and am so happy with my decision! Iris was so helpful answering all of my questions - in person, through text, and over the phone. She has made me feel so welcomed in the building already! Everyone from the maintenance team, including Renee and Scott, made the moving process a very smooth transition and have continued to be a huge help around the building. I was able to attend a "resident summer bash" (that followed social distancing guidelines) and met some of the other residents in the building and management staff while enjoying some BBQ from
