Komatina's Home Inspections made the process of buying a home in Florida. There were multiple problems with our home, that guy took the time to explain and show us the issues. Komatina's also came to do re-inspections after we thought our original repairs were completed. They really saved us! Mike is one of the most thorough and responsive home inspectors I have ever known. I was a Central Florida REATOR for over a decade and his skills, knowledge and ability to speak with customers about a home are by far the best. He takes his time to really understand the customer, their needs and walk through the home inspection process with them and most importantly he works for his customer, not the REALTOR or the owner.
