He arrived early, explained everything he would be doing and asked if I had questions or concerns before we started the inspection. He encouraged me to accompany him while he did his thing. Vince Cardone with Residential Inspection LLC inspected the home I am in process of purchasing. He was very thorough, taking about 2 hours for the full inspection. What I appreciated most was that he was forthcoming with information and suggestions related to home maintenance and repairs. Are these 5 star reviews fake? I am a Realtor and buyer who contacted Vince 10 days in advance. Since I am new to the area I was relying on reviews to choose a home inspector.
When I spoke to Vince I asked him if he covered Winter Garden and he said yes. I sent him the address of the home.
He said he would start researching it and confirmed he had the address.
Because of his "busy" schedule he wasn't able to fit in the inspection till 2 days before the end of our inspection period.
The Sunday before our scheduled inspection I texted to follow up with Vince. A few hours later he responds that

Look... my Dad was my realtor he has 50+ years experience in this business. Retired from 2 state DOT's. Vince Cardone is awesome!! We were purchasing a home in Florida from out of state...sight unseen. I really needed an inspector who I could trust to give the house a thorough look for us. Look no further than Vince to do any home inspections. He did our inspection on a condo that we wanted to purchase. He is very knowledgeable and also gave some good advice on issues he noticed.
