As a Homeowner in an HOA, I highly recommend Trademark. After going through what seems to be dozens of Property managers, our HOA is finally now flourishing under Danielle and Trademark. I am seeing a lot of renters complaining, but to be honest, as Homeowners, we adore them. They are professional, and they expect when a renter leaves, the home looks the same as when the residents moved in. If you are a homeowner, please know that Trademark has your back. Their rates are better than others, Danielle answers back in a timely manner, and they address complaints right away.

I sincerely recommend that no one rent from here, ESPECIALLY college students and new/inexperienced renters. It has been a constant battle of frequently discovering new issues in the unit and trying to get Trademark to actually fix anything, with the added fear of being charged ridiculous fees for anything they do fix.
I moved into this unit from one of the CSU dorms, and I honestly would have preferred the dorms over this place! We have dealt with water leaking in various places throughout our stay, which caused water damaged to some of our furniture. For a good few months our garbage disposal

Renters Beware! Trademark Property Management was by far the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. My roommate and I were both very excited to move into our new home, but after a year of constant problems we have moved on to better things. Renting from Trademark means dealing with endless issues (in our case; constant leaks leading to water damage/mold growth, broken agreements, unsafe living conditions, and being charged for issues that started long before moving in). Each of my email correspondences with the landlords got me either no response or a rude and condescending one, and nothing

BEWARE!!! Legally in the State of Colorado a Property Management Company has 60 days to return your security deposit. Of course dealing with Trademark Property Management we received our security deposit on the 61st day of vacating the premises. Mind you there were new tenants that moved in less than a week of us vacating. The photo is the reflection of our security deposit we received. We were great tenants. Never was late for a payment, didn’t trash the place and even put up shades in the home that was not there prior to us moving in and left them for the owner and new tenants. We got $165

RENTERS BEWARE!!! PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE!!! If I could give this property management group a review of 0 stars, I would. We lived at a property Trademark "managed" for almost 2.5 years. From the beginning of our lease term Trademark was unresponsive and unreliable. The owner of the home lived remote and out of state, therefore everything was to be tended to by Trademark. We reported multiple issues in regards to the home for maintenance, things such as roof leaks, water damage to the kitchen and drywall, existing items that were broken and needed replaced, and landscaping questions/concerns. I have been with Trademark for 2 years and have never had any issues. Their staff has always given me the most outstanding customer service and been very attentive to my needs. I always get a call back in a timely fashion. As for the gentelemen who left a bad review just because he was fined, with any HOA there are guidelines to follow. I am sure this was not a personal attack against you or your family. I have met the owners in person many of times, one of which is hispanic! Before you go throwing around the race card and threatening people with bad reviews and lawyers you should at least get

This is absolutely the worst HOA I've ever worked with. Despite my wife being 36 weeks pregnant and my arm being very injured, despite me reaching out to them to make them aware, AND despite me (through injury) still working my hardest (and making significant headway on my weeds, they still issued a fine.

I tried to peacefully speak with them about options but I was never given a response beyond a typical we'll look into it. Nothing after that- just a fine letter.

Unfortunately, I will now be speaking with attorneys regarding their unjust enforcement and total unwillingness and ungraciousness
