Over twenty years ago, Attorney Jason Greller became the first attorney in Madison to market a flat fee service for buyers. Over the years we refined the service to fully address the needs of buyers in real estate transactions. Technology changed the way we work but our practice philosophy remains the same.

My wife bought a house through Jason before I met her, and then we sold that house, bought another and sold it all using Jason. We have saved so much money not using a Real estate agent and having done so in the past: I feel so much more supported legally by Jason. He is legally obligated to act in your best interest as a lawyer vs. just trying to make another sale. I highly recommend using him to buy or sell a home.

Jason represented my wife and I in purchasing a home in Dane County. First off, why use an attorney instead of a realtor? Because, by paying Jason's relatively small fee, we were able to reduce our offer by 3% and save the money that would have otherwise gone to a realtor. There is an old adage that the sellers pay the realtor fees anyway, so you should always have a realtor if you are buying. Not true in all cases. If you are buying a FSBO home, they may be saving by you not having a realtor. Savings you should be able to pass on to yourself.

Jason helped us buy our first home (and sell it 10 years later), and now he just helped us buy our dream home.
