Rob was a true genuine professional individual who knew a lot about the engineering and environmental aspect of the home he inspected for me. His partner assisted him with all gathered reports. He took his time explaining everything to me form plumbing and electrical, from foundation to roof top, and much much more.

I am so lucky that I could have Rob and his team come to do the inspection for the 2nd property I was going to buy. Since I had a very bad experience with my first inspector who did my first property. I decided to hired Rob who recommended by one of my previous termite treatment examinator. First timer here didn't know what to say or expect when I called Rob. We were looking at a new construction home so I didn't think Rob and his team would find a lot of damage. Rob took out a gadget that looked like something you see in the ghostbuster movies called, thermal imaging. It was pretty neat and to learn from what he used definitely sparked my interest. I saw his partner Ed up on the roof making sure they didn't just paste this house together while Rob inspected the basement/crawl space. Overall the house was in great shape and it made their jobs easier.

It was really great to see Rob and his team come out to do this inspection for me. Rob actually brought his son who is learning the business as well. Love how it's a family orientated business. They came out and did such a great job. Rob's son chris found a lot of foundational damage while Rob found some missing shingles up on the roof. I was very happy I went with higher elevation and will be using them on the next house I find.

So happy our realtor introduced us. It was so easy to sit there and talk and to also learn. The job you guys did blew our minds. Never in a million years would I even think that certain area's of a home would be inspected like that. I am still mind blow how you fit into the attic crawl space. Watching you guys on the roof gave me anxiety but I am so happy that you guys ended up finding little damage to the roof itself. It helped saved us money and negotiating the price that is for sure. I got higher elevations card from a friend of a friend. When I called I spoke to a guy named Rob who was very friendly and professional. We ended up booking a day for him and his team to come out to inspect a house my family was interested in. The guys at higher elevation beat us to the house on the day of our appointment being there at least 15 minutes before we even got there. The guys got right to work and I couldn't believe the work they do. Guys on the roof, I watched them crawl into this dark, dirty crawl space and even saw them checking for mold or termite damage. Very happy to have Higher Elevation come out and inspect a house we called about. I dealt with Rob who was great throughout the process. He pulled out some thermal heating device when he was in the crawl space / basement. However Rob did notice some mold in the basement. Rob said that there was definitely a pipe leak that caused this because you can see the water stains. WIthout a doubt I would refer Rob to come out and inspect a home. He reported everything to us after they were finished and said that if we talk to the sellers we might be able to have things fixed before making an offer. Well

Rob thank you for coming out the next day and we beat the snow storm which is big time. So glad you were able to come out on a sunday to help my husband and I inspect a house. We were so thankful you took the time with us to go over everything we didn't expect that at all. We didn't know how the process worked being that we are first timers here.
