I was sent by my insurance to this shop and while they were nice, the quality of the repair was horrible - after going back there 3 times after taking my car back, I just gave up. I was sure it’s normal that it’s so bad, but after an experience I had in a different shop in Belmont, now I understand how bad is the paint job quality in this place.

Dudley replaced my front bumper cover, intercooler, radiator, and some other plastic parts after I hit a coyote on the highway. Everything works well, but they did not use an OEM radiator, they used the cheapest aftermarket unit. I had asked them to use OEM for the radiator, and they said something like "yes, for the radiator we would". We'll see how long this cheap thing lasts.
Also, I do most work on the car myself, so I just removed the bumper, and I found out they left several fasteners out, stripped a screw, and must have lost a bunch of the original fasteners because they were replaced with

Quality work and great customer service. Mazda had delays with a part and they were commutative about the situation. The paint was perfect and metallic paint was perfectly even. This is where previous shops have failed me in the past. I'll be recommending this shop to anyone I see looking for a great auto body shop.

Thanks for helping me when my car got struck by a tree. These folks are very efficient (got the car back ahead of estimate) and they did some detailing in the process. Looks like new!

The car was spectacular! When we went to pick up the car we were amazed by the amount of time and effort the crew put into their work, especially David Cooper. By far the best auto body experience we've ever had!
Everyone there was very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They even touched up paint and repaired damage unrelated to the accident, like a small mark on the door from a shopping cart.
If there's ever a next time, we know who we'll call.

My wife's Toyota had a dent in the rear passenger door.
We had some issues with the initial repair work.
Mike the owner wanted to make sure that we were totally satisfied with their service.
They took the car back in and redid the work and made sure that it was good as new.
I will highly recommend Mike Hynes and Dudley Auto Body.

I took my 2017 Honda CRV in to repair 3 scratches to the rear side panel. When the vehicle was returned the new paint surface was rough and 'bitty' and also pock marked. I was informed the gel coat needed polishing and would take 20 minutes. After 1.5 hours of a technician power polishing the paint he agreed that not only was the gel coat defective but also the sub coat. They have offered to repaint the panel. While I have little confidence they are capable of a professional job I will let them try and if not pursue a total refund of all costs.
Addendum:- The panel was repainted. A few minor defects
