Went for dread retwist to look professional for new job I start tomorrow and she twist in wrong direction and uses wayyyy to much product hair feels bad , heavy and clogged and visible product. Felt very rushed and no care taken to see what she was doing on the phone most the time . If it took less than an hr to retwist my thick hair there’s an issue. Didn’t dry afterwards told me to air dry it. Overcharged for a simple retwist that they charge less for on website (charged me double than what I seen listed) feel I got played for a rushed service done very incorrectly and overcharged for . overall

I wanted to do something for my birthday for once and wanted to be beautiful and take myself out to dinner. So I thought to get my hair done. My appointment was at 1pm but I was asked to come at 11am so of course I did. I mentioned that I was supposed to get lashes but couldn't and was told she could do them which was perfect, she knew I was celebrating my birthday and intended to treat myself to a dinner after also, I respected her business so when other people came and went I thought it was bc I added more services. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My cousin booked with this "business" up ahead due to coming into town from out of state. The day of the appointment my cousin went to the location and it did not exist. Not only that but there was a man in a car trying to stop them. When trying to contact them after we would just get hung up on. Please avoid this very unprofessional business.
