As a native of New England, I have been photographing the amazing people, places and happenings of this beautiful corner of the country for 25 years. My versatility and diversity can be seen in the wide range of work that I do.
Whether it's a corporate headshot, a portrait of an artist or craftsman, a restaurant interior or a product photograph, for me the excitement of photography is in perfecting the image and serving the craft, in recognizing a moment and freezing it in time.I am always honing my skills, and "studying the light" as my terrific mentor taught me.

Sometimes you just want to get in and get out in 10 minutes! My express session is perfect for someone who just wants to stand in front of the camera, smile and be done (OK, so maybe it's a tiny bit more than that). After about 5 minutes of setup and 5 minutes of shooting, during which time I take about 15-20 photos in a few standard headshot poses, you can be on your way.
He immediately made me feel comfortable in front of the camera (not easy!) and was more than willing to work and rework until we found something I was 100% satisfied with. Fast and super friendly, for someone who needs professional photos, he certainly knows his stuff and put me at ease, taking some great shots.

My photos look fabulous on my web site and social media! I contacted Chris through his website, he answered questions about what session would be right for me. We had email exchange about what a photo session would entail and ideas for various photos. He hosted me in his studio and talked me through the unfamiliar role of being in the camera spotlight, with patience and obvious long expertise in his field. He helped with the final photo selection process, answering questions and providing guidance. I am thrilled with my final choices and the professional files he provided!

Chris was the consummate professional, from the initial contact to engage his help, through delivery of the final prints. His pricing was fair, and the work was outstanding. I appreciated his attention to detail in working during the COVID-19 circumstances, always felt comfortable with what he had in place for working through it. Can't go wrong here, great experience.

I contacted Chris for a professional head shot for work. I had a budget to work with and found he was not only in that budget, but well below it! He responded quickly, respected my timeline, and was accommodating to my dislike of having my picture taken. The studio is easy to find and in a great location. I was in and out in 15 minutes!
He provided me with so many good photos; his ability to make me look younger is amazing, I am thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Chris, thanks for a job well done!

Chris was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. When I first called him, he agreed to accommodate a very tight deadline that had been imposed on me to produce a professional headshot. We immediately scheduled an outdoor shoot for a few days later. On that day, Chris arrived promptly, and his relaxed but professional manner immediately put me at ease. In a little less than an hour he captured some great shots. After I made my pick, he returned the files (after expert retouching) in plenty of time for me to meet my deadline. I highly recommend Chris Cote Business Photography. Chris is skilled, professional, sensitive and patient. Truthfully, I dislike having my photo taken, as I am uncomfortable with the process and generally dissatisfied with the outcome. However, Chris took the time to understand my needs and adapted his methods so I would be happy with the results. And I was! This experience confirmed what I have always perceived—human understanding and connection are just as important as technical expertise.

I had an excellent experience using Chris Cote Photography for my business headshots. He was extremely professional and patient, and it is apparent that he is passionate about his work - he takes a fresh approach to standard portrait photography and it was so much fun to work with him. He immediately made me feel comfortable in front of the camera (not easy!) and was more than willing to work and rework until we found something I was 100% satisfied with. He shoots right into the computer and takes breaks so that we could look at the photos in real time and see what was working, and then keep shooting
