Fun, well-structured, and challenging classes. Sabrina and Donna create a calm, responsive, supportive community and provide knowledgeable, easy-to-follow instruction. The sense of connection and community, even virtually during the pandemic, is invaluable. Mindful Movement classes have become a part of my weekly self-care practice , and I love that!

My PT said I need to MOVE and suggested tai chi and similar styles (but NOT Pilates), and I love how this class incorporates tai chi, qi gong, and other styles to keep us strong and moving. An extra special benefit is also the friendships created with Sabrina and these wonderful "classmates"! I always feel good inside and out after every class :)

I have been following Sabrina's online classes for 8 months, and wouldn't want to be without them now.
In the comfort of my home, I get coached to a well needed workout. If I am still in my pajamas and my hair uncombed, it is not a problem: I just don't turn the camera on! It is not required. I appreciate that!
I definitely noticed a health improvement from those exercises: more muscle strength and better balance.
Sabrina is a beautiful, friendly instructor, easy to connect to and easy to follow. She describes the various moves well, the “hows” and the “whys”, which is always a nice

Sabrina is an inspiring teacher! Her knowledge of Marshall Arts and esp. Tai Chi is an opportunity to reach a little further than a standard exercise class. Sabrina offers a pace of learning that is comfortable for the new comer and easily stretched for the returning student. Highly recommend!
