We have used other rental agents in the past for our property in Narragansett but none have compared with the high level of service we have received with Randall. Our agent Emma makes sure we are kept up to date with speedy communications and has been very aggressive with marketing our property. Chris's lack of communication has cost me a lot of time, money and sleep. He takes four to seven days to reply to an email if he replies at all. He gets real cranky if you call his phone. Repairs were frequently left undone for months and communications he was supposed to relay from the property owner were fragmentary at best and outright misleading in many cases.

This family owned and operated business is lacking ethics. I feel they are dishonest to their clients.At the end of the transaction you may be left feeling as if this company was all for their commission. Plenty of real estate companies, choose wisely, if you want to walk away satisfied, walk right by Randall Realtors.

My experience with Randall Realtors was an unfortunate set of circumstances that could have easily been avoided had they done their job to begin with. My family and I rented a property in Rhode Island for a week in June. We had paid for the property well in advance. We received a phone call a week prior to our check in date from the agent that booked the property for us. She stated that the homeowner was unaware that the house was being rented for that week and had scheduled for an electrician to come in and do work on the home the day of our check in. This delayed our check in date one day. We
