I wrote a review years ago that got taken down. The manager was rude and the place is infested with roaches. I used to live there and for about the first 2 months I didn't see any roaches but then boom! My apartment was infested. 1 time I went to sit outside near the parking lot to ask others who lived there if they had roaches and all 3 people I spoke to said they had roaches. 1 lady said she lived with a can of raid in her hand. Years later I had a student who lived there, I asked him if he had roaches and he said they sure did. It was so bad I broke my lease to get out of there.

Terrible apartment, water turned off quite often. Terrible manager, she so rude, she doesn't know how to talk to peoples. She doesn't know her duties as a manager
This apartment is 4 only Arabic peoples and smoking peoples and some Spanish peoples
They don't know how to speak English
But not a place to raise good kids

Hands down the worst customer service- Roach infested- smoke and weed infested- complex, to top it all, the Manager Reyna sets an example of how rude and care free property managers can be.
the electricity in the living room doesn't always work, water in the bathroom was never hot, never got fixed because maintenance man said it was ok.
$100 referral gift when you refer someone, 6 months later ..nothing.
when I moved here 6 months ago, I was told move in specials only $500 deposit, after my credit came back excellent, because I had a new job for (3+ months) I was told, no, that is going to be

I lived at Cedar Glen a year ago and thank god i didnt have roaches there were other problems like trash every where people not paying attention to their kids, it was not a quiet complex and it seemed like management changed every 3 months. The water was turned off quite often but you still paid the same amt. No parking for guest they had to park a block over and when i moved out even tnough my apt was clean i only got back 150.00. The people upstairs walked like they had weights on complained numerous times nothing happened. Also rent went up every 6 months when i moved in it was 800 when i moved

The is alot of disrespectful arabics there, they dont know how to speak english and undersatnd what anyone is saying this a horrible place to be. My sister just moved in 2 months ago they are very disrespectful to her children. My cousin just moved in and they just pushed his son down on the stroller and he hit his head and had to have surgery like this is a place to be shut downnn!!😒😩
