If you wanna live like this go right ahead they ignored all of my maintenance request about this hole in the ceiling and all the leaks from it and kept telling me "it's an HOA problem" they didn't try to fix it until the day I was moving out. Didn't try offering me a different unit to live in or a hotel or anything. They didn't care. I would recommend you run away from these apartments as fast as you can I wish I had never moved here

I currently live here and I've never had this bad of an experience up until today. I usually talk with Lydia. ****Lydia Is AMAZING by the way*** Love her.
I'm speaking on Roxanne. This comes from my own personal experience with this person, regardless of what nice things she has done in past reviews. This is what she did TODAY.
The property manager ROXANNE put a terrible taste in my mouth about living here in general.
I've seen her twice before and she has never been rude to my face. Today when she answered the phone she must've not realized who I was, and her real face shown

I've lived in these condos for a little over 2 years now abs have enjoyed majority of my stay. During the pandemic Roxanne was extremely patient and understanding when it came to financials to pay rent, She even applied for assistance for me. Anytime I have a question or concern I head to her office and she gets it resolved for me swiftly. Besides the homeless on the street which no one has control over this is a really nice place to live:

My husband and I lived here for almost 2 years, the only reason why we moved was because we needed more rooms since our family is growing. The time we lived there was amazing, never had any issues and if we did they got resolved immediately. Our neighbors were always nice and never had any problems with any! Loved that it was a gated community and we're sad we had to leave! I highly recommend this place!

The managemant office since the first day was able me to figure it out how to help me to get an appartment, the complex is very clean with amazing exerior ammenites, like BBQ, Poll with hot tub.
The house are pretty, when you move in, they change evrything, giving you an amazing house.
The manitenance is very quick and they know their stuff.

Well let me start by saying just by the phone call with Roxanne was very pleasant !!!!! Today my friend and I stopped over at the Artesia in hunt for an apartment both my friend and I was very impressed on how clean and friendly everyone was. Roxanne was very welcoming and had an outgoing spirit she had gave us a tour and looked at an apartment i fell in love with it immediately. We had signed our applications and paid for background check now waiting for a call back..... Wish me luck... Thank you Roxanne for your hospitality..... Darnelle and Sheryl....

Lived here for a year. Apartments themselves are nice and management is pretty cool when it comes to pets which was nice and hard to find. Had a lower level apartment, which for some reason would not cool down when windows were open so air was ran year round which made electric bills high. Utility bill was also extremely high for 2 people. Our neighbor was constantly digging in the public trash can bringing stuff we through away home so we never felt safe throwing any bills away. Before anyone reads a negative comment about the manager ROXANNE let me just say that she went above and beyond to get me, my husband and two daughters
Into this condominiums. We don't have great credit but she made it all happened for us and made sure we could move in on our timing. She was very friendly/patient/understanding of our wants and needs. She is very professional, she tells it like it is and we love how when we needed to meet her a certain time for some paperwork she was there at the office and she also had everything well organized as for as paperwork of the lease and rental agreement

This place is not bad, but what makes it terrible is the office manager Roxanne's nasty attitude. Everytime I have a question, she is very rude and glued to her cell phone. It appears to be a challenge for her to disconnect from social media and make eye contact. Aside from Roxannes lack of people skills, they have two cats in the office that Iam allergic to. I feel there is a lack of respect for the community members, because she leaves trash bags outside office door overnight. Sometimes its left during the week. Office manager is extremely rude for no reason. If you hate your job that much it's easy to go look for another job, preferably one where they don't have to give customer service. They are not willing to help with the issues that you have and when you ask a question they pretty much roll their eyes at you. Rented the clubhouse and Roxanne was extremely rude. We tried to open the bathroom and for whatever reason the key wouldn't open. After an hour and two people went to ask her for help she finally comes to open the door and she comes in the room extremely rude saying that the door

Those 5 star reviews down below are very hard to believe. I moved to Artesia when it was managed by Brennan and he was beyond awesome and all of our questions or problems we had with the facility would be answered right away. We were devastated learn it was going to be managed by someone else, but didn't think the new management would be that horrible. I took a day off for scheduled repairs to be done, contacted the property manager Linda and she did nothing about it but ignore me because she was "on vacation" despite the fact that I scheduled the appointment with her and left her

This was my favorite place to live in San Diego/El Cajon. Just the apartment/condo alone was amazing. It was over 700sqft, had a large living room and dining room, central air/heat, sliding door to the patio, a walk-In closet and a separate closet to the side, two large windows in the bedroom for plenty of light (corner apartments only), a WASHER & DRYER, and the bathroom outside of the bedroom!!! Also the apartment managers took great care of me! Linda and Roxanne are very caring and supportive of their tenants and I really appreciated them. Greatest experience ever living here! Where do I start?! This place is the cleanest condo/apartment in El cajon in my opinion. Very quiet and beautiful scenery. Linda and Roxanne are very fun and friendly apartment managers. I believe they are worth my time to let people know my experience living here 😄

I am a current resident at this location and it is an absolute beautiful property. The management is on top of everything Roxanne and Linda are very helpful and always helped me right away. Unfortunately the kids there are a little bad and parents don't say much also there's sometimes alot of trash by the trash but not in the trash because the people are to lazy to open the lock on the trash gate -.- but other then the minors over all it's an updated,clean, and quite environment, I highly recommend you stay here !

Sad to say managment is horrible. My bathtub had a leak it seem serious so i called as soon as i noticed. Left a VM in the am, no respond to this, in the afternoon i texted Linda she did reply saying can i send someone tomorrow. The day passed no one came, texted her second day and nothing, 3 day call her and left a detailed message regarding the issue, no respond. At around 7pm got a knock on the door finally maintenance was here. According to maintenance they send him because the down stair neighbors complained about a leaking roof! Horrible. I moved out of this complex in August 2016. I am still getting charged for water 4 months later. The property was sold to a new management company and they used to great but under this new management things have gone entirely downhill as far as customer service. I have called dozens of times about this issue. No one answers the phone all day long. I have gotten through to a real person maybe 4 times and the issue is still not fixed.
