I have been visiting my very good friend and his brother for years here and can only say that these apartments are very well taken care of.
I've thought many times of renting a one bedroom here.
It just hasn't happened as of yet.
I currently live near Adams and 30th and have a really great priced place.

We have been staying in this community for 2 months now and we see no negative issues so far. The buildings are well kept and the grounds are well maintained. We are enjoying the pool too much, since we have a little one who loves water ( and yes, the pool is heated!). Laundry room is accessible with an affordable fee. The superb assistance of the office and maintenance personnel is a great plus! I so love this place.

Outdated, ghetto, no sense of community. Lots of towing going on. Even if they know you live there or have a guest in your own spot they will tow it if no sticker. They will tow you from your spot if they can't see the sticker even though they know it's your spot and you park there everyday. They could just call you but instead not courtesy, it's all about the money. Stay away.

My family are coming for vacation and I am looking for a temporary place for them to stay. I called the Majestic Apartments and Becky was not very polite and helpful, she went on telling me that she did not have anything available till March. I asked if I could leave my phone number so she could call me once something become available, she interrupted me and just told me to look up online. Well lady you just lost my business learn about customer service.

Let's be honest here...... You truly get what you pay for. These apartments are not worth the rent they charge. They are old (Built in the 60's), and are VERY dated.
The complex loves to change the carpet out every time someone moves in/out, and sometimes they will change the cabinets out. But overall, they are still dated.
Single pane windows, which DOES NOT help with keeping your unit cool in summer or warm in the winter. The furnished units come with the most uncomfortable furniture every created, so plan on bringing your own if you want comfort.
The sinks are constantly clogging up, and
