LSU Football Season will soon be here and as the caterer for the premium seating areas of Tiger Stadium - we need the right crew with the right attitude to deliver excellent customer service and quality assurance! We are hiring for all positions - FOH and BOH! No experience required and on-the-job training will be provided.

We reached out to Drakes to cater and provide bar and catering staff for an at-home event for apx 150 ppl. We were thrilled with the unbelievable food and the professional staff. They utilized what was already a gorgeous home and integrated not only wonderful food to eat but also beautiful food to look at. The bar staff was knowledgeable and the catering and service staff did an exceptional job of keeping the food elements replenished and any glassware picked up throughout the event.
I cannot recommend Drakes enough for impeccable service and delicious and beautiful food.
