I’d like to take a moment to say how wonderful this agency is. From start to finish in the care of our mom, who passed away 9/5/2020. Marie handled everything aspect of our mother’s care. I never worried if a shift would be filled or if the aide was competent! Each aide treated mom with respect and dignity. There was never any drama. No missing the bus. No talking or texting on the cellphone during shifts. No not showing up because of babysitting issues. I could call Marie any time day or night and she answered my calls. This is a great company as far as service to the clients and employees. I have been in communication with the staff here and had a great experience with them. A family friend currently receives service from this company and is very pleased. I would recommend Provisions to anyone looking for care. The company is small and individual attention is given to everyone. The bad review I saw listed must be from a disgruntled employee. I look forward to seeing this company grow.
