T. Wayne Williams is a partner and co-founder of Williams DeLoatche, P. C. He is a native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia and a 25-year resident of the Hampton Roads area. He received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Virginia in 1995 and his law degree from the Regent University School of Law in 2000.

It was very comfortable dealing with Jonathan, especially since the entire process took 3 1/2 years. Covid was certainly a setback!
I would suggest that Jonathan give brief
Updates via text more often, without being asked to, & with more explanation.
I had never had any cause for Court interaction, so even the simplest things needed further explaining. However, Jonathan managed to get a Settlement, & that’s important.
I just hope this Case has taught the driver who struck me, to slow down & be more cautious in parking garages.

I cannot say enough kind words about Mr. DeLoatche. I had broken my patella from slipping on a puddle of water and I had called around to quite a few lawyers after the establishment had refused to pay for my medical bills and no one felt I had a case worth pursuing. But Mr. DeLoatche did and wound up giving me a settlement that covered my medical expenses and more.
