Arizona Pest Control has been a family run business since 1947. Bruce Tennenbaum is the current Owner/CEO and started with Arizona Pest Control in 1978. His son, Josh Tennenbaum is the operations manager and has been heavily involved with the company over the last 10 years after serving four years in the Marines and completing three tours.
Bruce's other son, Caleb Tennenbaum, has been involved with the company over the past 15 years and serves as a volunteer on the Board of Directors at Pyramid Federal Credit Union. Both of Tennenbaum's sons have called Tucson home since they were born here and they are both proud U of A alumni.

Avoid this company. Salesman is great, service is extremely poor. Will not do a proper job. Lied about time spent at home; My ring cameras do not lie. They said they have GPS on the truck and it shows the truck was there an acceptable amount of time. What my camera show is the truck sitting out front for a while, then the technician getting out, getting the equip and spending about 3-4 minutes away from the vehicle, then returning, and sitting in the vehicle for another few minutes and departing. I'm so happy with the service we received from Arizona Pest Control. I was contacted immediately by Brianna to set up a date to have them come out and inspect our new home. Anthony was SO kind, helpful and professional. The estimate I received was beyond reasonable. I was even given a schedule for the next year so there's no work on my part. Great so far! No complaints.
They quickly identified areas of concern during the inspection, including a new termite tube. They need to come back for a proper termite inspection but in the meantime targeted other areas of concern.
Inspectors and technicians have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
I can't speak to their value yet as I'm a new customer but I'm happy with the price quoted and billed!

I've had an account with Arizona Pest for 20 years. I've given them 5 star reviews in the past. But we sold our home and our rental property a few months ago. I called and told them to cancel the account. One of their inspectors emailed later to set up appointment; I responded via email that we no longer owned the property and to cancel our accounts. Someone else called to set up appointment and I again told them we had cancelled account. Yet my credit card was billed. When I called, they explained that communicating with an inspector wasn't sufficient and that they had no record

We had Brian De Nomme out for an inspection about a week ago and I can literally not remember a more pleasant, insightful, and honest conversation with any house service related person ever. Full stop.
Beyond being a complete professional, he also has an absolutely wild amount of knowledge re: termites. I'm thinking about calling him out again just so he can drop more knowledge on me.
So in case the incredible number of reviews

I would have done 5 stars except.. you get charged 35 dollars for canceling and rescheduling a service you pay for. Makes zero sense and just another way for companies to penny pinch from already high paying customers. They also don't do pigeons and their treatment for mice is super minimal. Otherwise so far a good company. Very informative and knowledgeable. Always answers questions and super friendly.

Every time we have needed a pest control service, Arizona Pest Control has been our go to. Recently, we were having trouble assess the damage caused by termites in the foundation of our home. Not only did Arizona Pest Control provide timely and effective service, they helped to alleviate our concerns of long-term damage. I can’t recommend this company enough!

If you are a single female prepare yourself for an uncomfortable hard sell. They continually offered me services I specifically said I didn't want. Communication was poor and when I called to complain the owner said that he knew his employees and wouldn't even look into my claim and he was flip and condesending on the phone. Try Truly Nolan they are more professional.

DON'T USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY SORT OF SAY SO IN SCHEDULING YOUR HOMES SERVICE. It'll be your fault/problem when they can't or wont- even after assurances to the opposite. Hundreds of dollars but I get no say in days and times for appointments? Unprofessional...
The company had trouble making and keeping appointments and messed up the billing.
Would not recommend, first appointment seemed fine.

Joseph cam out today and did our first pest control treatment. I would highly recommend them. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and there was not a single question I had that he could not answer. I love that they are a local owned small business and I really appreciate them taking the time to explain what they were doing and how the process works. TL;DR: They are A-OK. They do their jobs very well, they know their stuff, and they respect your time, but they are pricey.
We started using them 6 years ago after purchasing our home. We had the house tented for termites after the inspection and prior to purchase and thought that was "it." HA. We did not understand termites or Arizona. In comes AZ Pest Control we called them when we started seeing tunnels in the garage. They confirmed that the termites were back and we paid $600 to treat them, which...OUCH, but it had to be done. Then they offered a 10 year "warranty program."

We were having some work done on our roof and feared we might have a termite problem, so we called them to come out. The termite inspection came back negative (much to our relief), but it was high bug season so we asked them to go ahead and give us an estimate for interior and exterior pest control.
