I've used A-OK for years. I currently saw some termite activity and they'll be here in two days. I consider that speedy, considering that they have schedules already set ahead of time. Work is always good.

Amazing fast service, wonderful and polite workers, longest lasting pest control spray that actually works and doesn't wash away for months! I've had service in my home and property for over 15 yrs and for however many more years they remain here in tucson, ill be calling a- ok!

My first appointment went well and I was impressed with the company, but each consecutive time I've scheduled has been quite awful. There was a monsoon that rained us out (not A-OKs fault, of course) so we rescheduled for the following weekend from 12-2. I got a call at 1:55 saying they wouldn't be able to come today because their car broke down. I anticipate that they knew prior to 1:55 that they would have to cancel and/or be late, I would've appreciated an immediate notification to plan my day.
Then it took two weeks to reschedule and they just didn't show up on the following reschedule. I

A-OK has always handled all my pest problems with such professionalism. I loved how appointments could always been accommodated to fit my scheduling needs. And A-OK was always very understanding if I ever forgot I had an appointment. Follow up appointments were always well received when ants kept returning to my house. And A-OK was able to treat the termites that started eating my garage and gave me a warranty when I sold my Tucson House. I MISS YOU GUYS!
