I am an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I have a dental degree and practiced general dentistry after graduating from dental school at the University of Nebraska. After three years I returned to school and received an MD degree and completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. I am licensed in both medicine and dentistry and board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

We are a fee-for-service practice and not in network with any insurance companies.

I’ve been to several dental offices in Bozeman and hands down this is the best dental office. They are kind, friendly, supportive and do amazing work that’s efficient and detailed. I’ve honestly never laughed so much at a dentist office before. They make you feel relaxed and explain everything to you so that you leave having a thorough understanding of what’s going on with your teeth/mouth. My teeth have never been more white and I’ve never had cavities that were filled so quickly and precisely. I will not be going to any other dental office that’s for sure!

I had been looking for a dentist and have family that highly recommended Premier...I clearly see why. Facilities are clean and nice and the whole team is incredible! Friendly, professional, caring, and great at their jobs!!! The care plan they put together for me was clearly based on my needs, not on sales or pushing services, unlike other experiences I've had in town.

Wow, what an awful awful dental office. First of all, when I didn’t call them back to “confirm” my appointment, they just cancelled it. Literally, I called them after receiving a voicemail that my appointment was going to be cancelled, the MORNING of my 3pm appointment, but by the time I called them back they had ALREADY given my appointment away. Furthermore, I booked this appointment over 2 months ago, and they now say they won’t be able to get my in for another 3 months. Moreover when I explained my insurance was due to run out, and I needed to get my dental work done in a timely manner

Dr Boswell and ENTIRE staff are simply Awesome. 10 on scale of 10.Best Dentist I've found in 50 yrs .Takes time to get-to-know patient and really communicate with patient, plus All Star Expertise. Switched from Bozeman dentist because Premier uses Next Gen German technology to create and install crowns while you wait with amazing computerized system and fantastic results...rather than waiting 2 weeks to fix a broken tooth (assessment appointment, drive to Livingston lab for color match, come back for temp crown, and another appointment to install final version)
