My fiancé went to the office to hire an attorney, in which he received a partner by the name of Theresa. He paid a retainer fee, she never showed up for two of his court dates, also never went over his files nor got in touch with him after receiving the money. In return he decided to go with another firm being the job wasn’t getting done after her being paid. So he asked for a refund and they have been delaying with a lot of excuses, and also trying to keep a 1/3 of the money….Wouldn’t recommend the partners.

Due to the medical nature of my case I was referred to this office by the initial lawyer I had contacted. I spoke with a doctor/lawyer John Defazio that represents this firm to discuss if I had a case for my mother's wrongful death suit. I was advised by him that the case would potentially be difficult to prove. He advised that the next steps would be for him to mail out a release for my mother's medical records so that he could determine if there was a case. I waited several weeks only to finally receive a letter in the mail stating that they would not be taking my case at this time. I know honesty
