Services
Pay for class as you go or purchase a Class Pack or Monthly Subscription to apply when you sign up. A link to the Zoom class will be emailed upon registration. You may register in advance or on the morning of class, just be sure to give yourself 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class to complete the registration process.
Private sessions and therapeutic sessions are a great way to expand your practice and knowledge of yoga. They can also help you understand a particular pose better or simply get your body aligned in a way that is more pain free. Yoga therapeutics can help you feel freedom from pain in the neck and shoulders, pelvis, back, knees, or wrists.
Join me for a beach adventure about 30 gorgeous minutes up the coast from Santa Cruz! This is truly one of the most stunning and dramatic beaches in the area and has been a real sanctuary to me during the winter months. I really love it for its tidal pools - and we are going going intentionally during low tide.
I have been practicing yoga with Alice for over 10 years and her guidance and instruction has been a key component in the development and maintenance of my physical, mental and spiritual health over time. Her classes provide individual instruction for all and, particular to Alice, she creates a sense of community among us all.

My favorite yoga teacher!! She teaches Anusara with passion, cheer, and infectious energy. Her teaching style ranges from heartfelt to playful. She challenges her students while keeping the class accessible and welcoming to all ability levels. She always begins class with a lesson or something to meditate on during our practice. She uses metaphor very well.
