Received glasses with faulty frames, was told I would get replacement ones. Three months, three in person visits and many phone calls later I still don't have properly functioning frames. Every time I call for a status update they have no idea what is going on. I'm sure if I pressed the issue I would get new frames, but the point is that their service is horrible and a waste of your time.

I went here for the first time a few months ago for contacts and they took such great care of me! I went right in, they did their tests, chatted as my one year old was running around being a baby, and got me the right type of contacts to fit my needs. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reed to anyone looking for a friendly optometrist!
