Falcon Family Eye Care continues to serve the eye care needs of our community. We continue to operate with a reduced staff, and have spaced appointments to allow for fewer contact points when visiting our office and more time for cleaning between patients. We utilize air purifiers in each exam room and in the optical to reduce risk of airborne contaminant.
We are happy to report that we have been vaccinated! In accordance with guidance from the CDC and county health officials, we continue to require that everyone wear a mask while in the office. We are conveniently located in the Presidio office park on Dobson Rd just South of the Chandler Regional Medical Center. Falcon Family Eye Care serves Chandler, Sun Lakes, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and the East Valley. Phone hours are M-Th 8-4:30, F 8-2. We close for lunch from 1-2 daily. Desiree is an American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners Certified Optician and is committed to providing excellence in patient service. In addition to her front office administrative tasks and opticianing, Jennifer coordinates referrals to specialists and communication with your primary care doctor regarding your eye health.

I went in trying to get some prescription eye drops and Dr. Leslie would not give even the slightest care about my needs and did not prescribed any. She was far more interested in talking about covid and how proud she was of her business. The man in the front acted very bothered with my presence as I was trying on glasses. I felt rushed, not cared for, and a burden. I ended up getting Vera Bradley glasses for $1,100 with my insurance. I have not seen glasses that are cheaply made, not designer be this expensive at any other store. I was only able to pay with a check for my glasses, which I found

I have been taking my family to see Dr. Leslie for over 15 years now. She invests in the best equipment to provide her patients with the most accurate, efficient care. She has an excellent bedside manner with the kids. She truly cares about her patients, and takes the time to ensure all questions, comments, and concerns are addressed. I could not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Falcon has been my eye Dr. for many years now. She is knowledgable, friendly and down to earth, but professional. I credit Dr. Falcon for "saving" my left cornea, when she discovered an issue over a year ago that appeared to be from Lasik eye surgery many years prior. I ended up needing an eye surgery to stop cornea deterioration. If it hadn't been for Dr. Falcon, I may have ended up losing most or all of my sight in one eye eventually!! Highly recommend Dr. Falcon and her staff.

My daughter found Falcon Family Eye Care for me online when I had a nasty stye/eye infection. I called and spoke to Jennifer who was so professional, kind and helpful. She suggested I come in as soon as possible (same day appt). Dr. Leslie Falcon was amazing and compassionate as I was in so much pain. She even offered to see me on Saturday if my eye didn't improve! This office has the best customer service and most professional staff I've dealt with in 25 years that I've lived in Arizona. My whole family will soon be coming here!

I changed my eye care to Dr. Falcon last year as I was not satisfied with the previous doctor. The assistants are really friendly and gentle when testing around the equipment. No one has ever forced me to get special lenses on my glasses unlike other places. Appointment has started on time both the times I have been there. Dr. Falcon is professional while caring of overall eye health. You will never feel rushed when she is examining you. She always tells me to eat lots of greens/carrots etc which surprisingly none of the other PCPs have advised about. I always look for doctors that try to improve

I have been a patient of Dr. Falcon's for over 10 years, and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my eyes. A competent, caring professional who takes time with her patients, which is rare these days. I have always found her prices reasonable and fair. The doctor and staff are very friendly and inviting in the office and really know what they are doing. Having terrible eyesight most of my life, I have been to many doctors before, but having found a home with Dr. Falcon I won't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

I love this practice. Dr Falcon cares about her patients and gives great advice for eye care. She LISTENS to me, which is rare for most doctors. This is the first time in decades that I have been able to wear my glasses without getting a headache or becoming frustrated with the fit of my frames. My contacts fit great, my glasses fit great. I recommend Falcon eye care to everyone.

First time taking my daughter to the optometrist for vision test today at this place. The doctor and the staff are amazing. This place is for both pediatric and adult eye Care. The place is clean. They take insurancw. obviously. Doctor falcon was really good with my daughter and made her at ease and comfortable. The staff Nicole and the front desk ladies were awesome too. Love this place and definitely recommend this place for pediatric optometrist. Will return in the future for consultation for sure.
