The worst customer service ever. Not once, but twice now I have gone in to get new lenses/frames after scratching my previous lenses and needing to buy new ones. I have called beforehand BOTH times to verify this would not be an issue and been assured I could just come in and pay for new frames/lenses without a full eye appointment. Both times they have wasted my time insisting on charging for a full eye workup again once I'm there in person even though my prescription has not changed and after they said I didn't need it over the phone. The staff seem way more concerned about billing your insurance

I don't even know where to begin. This was the first time I have been overwhelmed with happiness with an eye care provider. First, you can book appointments online which is great. I had no wait when arriving to the office and the technician David was very friendly and patient running me through the exams. The technology here seemed better than other places I have been for eye exams. My appointment with Dr. Whitacre was awesome, she was able to help me with issues I haven't been able to resolve in the past with other doctors and she really took her time to make sure everything was right and I got

My wife and I had a good experience here. Dr. Whitacre is very professional, honest, helpful and to the point. If she wasn't sure about something, she said so. That's the way we like it. We appreciate their office being open during COVID19. The staff were also very professional and helpful. The option of the Optomap versus the eye dilation was nice. For us, the Optomap was much better than the eye dilation.

Easy to make appointment online. They show next available appointment on website which helps a lot. In store, front desk was courteous. All the testing was explained beforehand and it was done swiftly. It was kind of fun to go through all of it. I preferred to do Optomap instead of dilation which was awesome. Doc did more testing and shared results of all the tests. All in all, it was a great experience.

I switched to Perfect Focus Eyecare because I was in need of a one stop shop... They covered all the bases. I needed regular eye wear as well as safety glasses and annual diabetes checks and they provided all of those and did it fast and afforddable. They offer a great selection of frames and by far the most advanced technology in the eye wear business that I've ever seen. Best place in town to go for all you eyewear and care needs.

Dr. Hoepner and Dr. White and all their staff are friendly and helpful. Clean office and I love that they're open on Saturdays so I can get my eye exam done without having to miss work. You can purchase contacts and glasses here and they also give you a trial size eye solution of your choice to bring home. You also get a copy of your prescription and can use it to order online. My whole family goes here. I also got a new pair of contacts to hold me over until my new order comes in. Thank you!

I called in for emergency as I'm deaf and my glasses broke out of nowhere, I needed them to see and read people's lips to communicate as well as my eye doctor is booked until next month, and to top it off I have a Christmas trip in SD this Saturday with my boyfriend to visit my best friend! I called in and David was kind to me on the phone (from the interpreter's perspective) and told me to come in to see if they can fix it. I went in and this wonderful and nice lady gave my glasses to a gentleman next to her to get it fixed asap. While I was waiting for the glasses she and I sparked a conversation
