Hair reviews should pretty basic. Are the stylists capable of performing all styles requested. Is the atmosphere friendly and enjoyable. Is the shop clean with a nice look. Is the pricing fair for the services provided.

I walked in around 6 pm they are open till 8 pm. I waited 4 minutes lady went in back and talk with her friend while three people getting hair cut. Sign says open till 8 pm. One women was sitting waiting as well. Didn't tell her this? Will not get my business ever for a terrible greeting. Just pretty much yea we are not cutting hair.

I'm so incredibly distraught. I made an appointment with Sam after doing some research online and reading lots of great reviews. Well, my experience was far less than great to say the least.
I told her I would like balayage and showed her a picture of hair that she had done on someone else. I figured this should be easy, she's done this before. She asked if I had any concerns, I said, yes I don't want orange hair which I've had happen before because my hair is so dark.
