1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Madison Animal Hospital offers a progressive new approach to veterinary care. Our Wellness Program embraces a focus on preventative medicine based on the specific life-stage of your pet. Each patient is assessed individually based on factors such as species, breed, age, and environmental challenges.
We value our clients' experience at Anderson Veterinary Clinic. If your pet or animal is currently a patient, please feel free to complete the following Client Experience Questionnaire. The Questionnaire is in Adobe Acrobat format, and requires the free Acrobat Reader to view. I have benefited tremendously from the care my pet received from Dr. Anderson.

I love this place I have been going to Madison animal hospital for years. They are great with both my cat and dog. I love the fact when my dog was attacked by another dog they treated her the same day. And when my cat got pink eye did the same thing treated her that day. Very friendly and they show so much compassion to the animals and us owners!
