Very poor customer service. I was treated very rudely. We are new residents/new home. We found a leak under one of the bathroom faucets with the bottom of the cabinet swelled up. I called B&P and left a message for Josh who handles warranty. Because they don't have any "live" receptionists to take calls, I kept calling few times one after another because: 1) I have a very short work break and want to make sure I get someone on the line the same day (I have called in the past and they don't return phone calls promptly); 2) as someone who speaks English as a second language, I always prefer to talk
