Thank you for everything that you did for my mom. The nurses were extremely helpful. Jackie and Kelly were fantastic and always willing to help. Raquel and the whole PT /OT team were wonderful. Doris always helpful when going to the ortho appointments. The whole staff was great, thank you.... Claudia.

My mother has been sick for almost 4 years. Needless to say we have been to 6 different nursing homes and 4 different hospitals. I have to say Hampton Court is far above what you will get at any of the other homes in the area. These people giving Hampton Court a bad rating should spend a week at another home. No place is perfect. Hampton Court respiratory team is the best. My Mom is on a ventilator so respiratory is very important. The CNA's are very nice and do the best they can with their patient load. We are currently at Kindred because Mom's coming to the end of this journey. I hate it here

My aunt was recently here and it started off ok as always with these places. More into her time here I could see this place is all about money. She spent months in the hospital but this rehab figured she was ok to go home after 2-3 weeks. The owner is a disrespectful, obnoxious woman who talks over you and if you tell her anything negative about her rehab, she will get louder and claim she is just “passionate.” A business owner should NOT be flinging her arms around and getting loud with anyone. Her staff has repeatedly told my cousins that she (the owner) is crazy. They all lie and blame insurance

The place is old, the staff in the offices are rude and have attitudes. Patients are left sitting around not doing anything. They make you feel like they’ll be there for your loved one but after a while, they’re ready to kick them out once they get paid. Their employees lie. There are a few good cnas and lpns but after that, look elsewhere.

I have to say that i was quite disappointed by the the facilities , it seem to me
a bit outdated and the rooms were quite small and uncomfortable. my dad had to stay
outside his room until everyone was ready for bed so even if he was tired he had no choice to wait until bedtime.he could not relax until he was attended by someone , second the TV room was really sad. the TV was so small even i could not see it myself, and to make matters worse they would not even place him facing the TV . there are so many things wrong with this the place i did not even want to leave my dad alone and was dying
