Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.
Dr. Thomas Shipley was born in Kingsport, in Northeast Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky's College of Dentistry. Dr. Shipley completed his Master's degree in Orthodontics at West Virginia University and has been providing outstanding orthodontic care to the Peoria, AZ community since 2005.

My three kids were treated at Shilpey and none of them have straight teeth. I see my friends kids having straight teeth because every other orthodontist puts a permanent retainer on children. I understand adults can use a removable retainer but kids will not use them correctly. I even asked the staff multiple times if my kid could get a permanent and it went on deaf ears. I am now paying out of pocket at Risas Dental cus all my ins was used at Shipley but cant affor for my other kid. I even called Shipley to see if they could do some kind of scholarship funding because Butterfly Ortho does that

Dr. Shipley is amazing and so is his entire office staff. My teeth were HORRIBLE crooked and now they are so beautifully straight. I love that he is a top provider with Invisalign and really knows what he is doing. He was recommended by my dentist who I highly respect.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shipley.
I never thought I would be happy to go to the dentist! Each visit was pleasant and I was treated with respect.

My dtr has had multiple broken brackets, even 20 minutes after leaving the office. We have to make multiple trips back. The only time her brackets never broke was when they had a temporary worker do her care and brackets. I've had other kids in braces, from a different orthodontist, with complex mouth issues and never had this problem.
The staff however is friendly and so is Dr

This is the best orthodontics office I have ever been to, Dr. Shipley's office is experienced serving military members and create beautiful results without messy impressions or stress. Thank you for caring for our three children, they love you and we look forward to coming there again! Don't forget to read the lost/broken retainer essays while you wait.

WOW. Beyond impressed with this place and the service they provided. I am currently getting Invisalign in another State and had an attachment fall off. This office was happy to get me in and fix the issue quickly and with a smile. Would recommend this place to all friends and family.
(On another note, I called Affiliated Orthodontics prior and they refused to see me unless I transferred my entire case to them. Claimed this was the only way Invisalign worked. What a scam!)
