The company was established in 2018 and is owned and operated by Licensed Home Inspector, Ben Raymo.
My name is Ben Raymo, and I am the owner of Bells Mill Inspection Services, LLC. Since 2018, I have performed hundreds of property inspections as a Virginia Licensed Home Inspector. Before launching Bells Mill Inspection Services, I spent 12 years in the construction and building maintenance fields here in Hampton Roads.

Select the Home Inspection service and you will be able to choose the date and time for your appointment. Ben provides a custom quote and contract for your home inspection when he receives the automated notice of your appointment being scheduled. You will receive an email containing the quoted inspection fee and a link to your home inspection agreement.
Before we confirm your home inspection appointment, we will send you a link and ask you to read, then digitally sign our Home Inspection Agreement. The Home Inspection Agreement contains the scope and limitations of our service. Prior to the inspection the client will be asked to agree to terms and conditions within the Agreement.

Bells Mill Inspection Services was a great choice for our home inspection. This was the first time me and my fiancé have bought a home and we didn’t want any surprises later down the road. We loved the first home we were shown and had Ben come to inspect. It was a much older house so we expected some things to be wrong, but, that was definitely an understatement. Ben was very thorough with the home inspection and walked us through the process step by step to make sure we understood everything he was seeing. He showed us all kinds of things that we would have never been able to see on our own

Ben came out to do a home inspection for us when we just purchased our first home in Norfolk, VA. We could not be more satisfied – he was excellent and made the process very easy for us! First he made the scheduling easy. Both my wife and I work, and Ben was great about working around our schedules. His work ethic at the house was terrific – no stone went unturned, and we felt he was incredibly thorough (we saw him drenched in sweat after combing through the attic, in August).
