Car went in for a simple repair. A Geico customer damaged my car and this is the shop Geico approved for the repair. The repair took longer than originally stated and although they repaired the damage, they caused additional damage to the car, which is actually worse than the original damage. In all fairness, they did offer to "repair" the additional damage they caused, but that doesn't seem prudent at this point. It is not worth risking additional damage to your car or wasting your time.

This shop was Progressives "preferred shop". They had my car for almost a month. Over $6k worth of repairs on my Audi. The quality of work is deplorable. It was half as*ed and quickly done despite having the car for more than 3 weeks.
The wheel that was replaced doesn't even match the color of the other three.
The windshield wiper fluid now shoots out UNDER the car.
The dash is stuck saying "lights are on" while the lights are definitely on automatic mode.
There was a shoe print on my passenger seat.
Do not recommend at all.

1 star for the ladies that work at the front desk who are professional and understanding. Everything else about the experience of getting my car fixed after an accident at AMM was as frustrating as the accident itself. They had my car for nearly 3 weeks and often when I would call to check on it, I'd be told that the mechanic hadn't gotten to it yet. When the mechanic did examine it, he said there was nothing wrong with the suspension even though it's clearly making noise. They outsourced it to Firestone who still didn't fix the issue. I have used amm collision in the past, you will not be disappointed! Recently saw them because my car has a lot of damage due to the big hail storm. I took my car to the pflugerville location, even though they were so backed up they still took my car. They told me they had more availability at the south location and personally transported my car. They updated me on my car weekly if not multiple times during the week. When the car was finished they met me at a location that was convenient for me. My car looked brand new and super clean. This place is outstanding! A gigantic truck, pictured, hit my parked car, knocked out my back window, and punched in my trunk. AMM has an arrangement with Geico allowing me to skip the adjustment appointment, expediting the process. I worked with Lucas and it was a positive experience. Along with being responsive to all my questions, my car was ready for pick up as promised: quality work, exceptional service, and timely communication.

Can't say enough good things about AMM! Had been dragging my feet big time on a bumper repair because my last body work (done by a competitor) was such a hassle. Was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and FAST this went. Robert was on top of it from the beginning, got me in a few days later to give him time to order what he needed and kept me updated every step of the way. As a result of his smart planning, my car was out of there in 2 days and looks brand new. Once I filed the claim I didn't talk to insurance again - they handled all of it. I cannot recommend this body shop.
The staff are rude and incompetent.
A white jacket I left in the back seat of my car was covered in a black substance and I was lied to and told they had done an alignment but upon going to the dealer I was told that had not actually been done.
I won't ever do business with this establishment nor recommend them to anyone.
The previous owners Cedar Park Body and Frame were outstanding.
The staff are rude and incompetent.

We've taken two different vehicles here. We had a great experience with Mitch and the team at AMM on both occasions. They fixed up scratches on our Honda CRV as well as a fender bender fix on a Pilot. They were an approved colllision center on the other drivers insurance so the process couldn't have been easier. Enterprise is across the street so getting a rental is also seamless. Highly recommend.

For location 2 down the road... wrecked my truck 8 months pregnant. Took it to this place to pick it up and the bumper NOT fixed. Assumed previous damage. Took another week. Got it back. Grinding under gas pedal and shaking. Second time..replaced front tires. STILL feeling an issue. They took it back again and found a hub bearing needed replacing. Third time. Never felt right. Had a baby, drive around town. Took truck in for routine oil change and brake check and found broken hub bearing on OTHER side!! The side that was caved in from the wreck. Tried to go back...they won't pay for it since

Very happy with the repair service provided by AMM Collision. My repairs were actually finished faster than expected and I was pleased with the customer service I recieved. I also liked that GEICO partners with AMM and had an employee on site. Staff communicated well and I was informed through the entire process. Do yourself a favor and stay away... my wife was in two wrecks in two different months but they were back to back. The first month (front of car wreck) her car was fixed here and said it was good to go, we went home and everything was fine, two weeks later the check engine light came on, we called show up and they say, well.... we need to see first if it has anything to do with the wreck or the body work we did.... it's like seriously???? Wasted time and effort for nothing...

Driving down the highway I hit a large chunk of flying drywall which left scratches on my driver side. I went in to get a quote to get them buffed out bc my attempts at home were not successful. The rep was able to apply a little elbow grease and was able to buff everything out right on the spot. Best part- because it wasn't a major repair, I walked out the door free of charge! I imagine other places might have made a bigger deal of the issue charged me to do the same thing. Gotta love an honest company who isn't out to take advantage of their customers!

I recently took my wife's car here because someone hit her brand new 2 weeks cold car from behind while in traffic. It wasn't much damage and seemed like a fairly easy repair. When the guys down at AMM looked at it they said they could have it done that same day. I got a call later that day saying the car was complete and ready for pick up. When i arrived i looked at the rear bumper and the work looked great. I signed the paperwork and paid and was about to get in my car when i noticed a nick in my drivers side rear door. I was traveling while the repairs were completed, and returned on a weekend when the shop was closed. DREW, my awesome Geico claims specialist gave me the cell number (!) of KERRI the service manager to arrange a special pick up for my car. She responded immediately when I reached out and made herself totally available to me on a holiday weekend Saturday. WOW. I couldn't believe it was so easy. I was able to meet her at the shop and get my car at my convenience which made all the difference in the world to
