We offer state-of-the-art collision repair services. We focus on providing excellent customer service and quality repairs. Our auto body technicians are highly skilled craftsmen with years of training and experience and they are committed to doing a quality collision repair on your vehicle. With today's modern vehicles utilizing numerous types of steels in the construction.
If you are blocking traffic in a dangerous place, pull off to the side of the road or into a well-lit parking lot. Avoid making statements about responsibility to the other driver, witnesses, police or anyone else. Do not state that you are at fault, even if you think you may have caused the accident.
Our initial inspection with the customer is one of the most important steps in the repair process. This is when the customer can point out the damages that are related to the accident. After all you know your vehicle history better than we do. During this stage we will walk around your vehicle with you and discuss any necessary repairs that are visible at that time.
I have never felt so comfortable handing my car over to a car repair shop, as I did with Berli's. Ronnie was extremely helpful telling me how the process with insurance would take place, areas of my appraisal to pay special attention to so I'm not taken advantage of, and paid several personal calls to.

I am very very meticulous about how my car is kept. I even wash and wax it myself.
To my frustration, my car was lightly rear ended by another car, resulting in a scratch and a small crack in the rear bumper. The car was until then immaculate, with no imperfections.
I was extremely pleased with the service I had at Berli's. Michael Tran, particularly, was extremely responsive and helpful during the process dealing with challenges getting the other driver's insurance to cover everything as well as ensuring everything looked perfect all the way through delivery.

Up to this point, I would have given this business a 6-star review based on my 20+ year status as a "valued customer". My family has been bringing all their auto body business to this company and have historically been very pleased with their results. Their work product is among the best in the Austin area. The reason for this review is their recent decision to ONLY take care of those high-end brands in which they are 'certified'. Nobody else need apply. So, their idea of a "valued customer" it turns out is that you are valued ONLY so long as you own a very expensive

I don't leave many reviews but Berli's truly deserves it! After getting into an accident with my new car, I was referred to Berli's by not only Mercedes of Georgetown but also the towing company that picked up my car. I was told they specialize in luxury vehicles but more importantly are very detailed in making sure the repairs are done properly.

Highly recommend Berli's to anyone who wants quality body work done on their vehicle. From the professionalism of the entire staff to the excellent body work completed on my Porsche Macan, Berli's is a great place to take your car. We had some issues with our insurance company trying to play hardball but Berli's went to bat for us and got the work done with everything covered by insurance. Thank you Berli's!

I had a great experience here. I had a terrible passenger door dent with red paint from the person who hit my door at an H‑E‑B parking lot.
I was able to call & secure an appointment over the phone to drop off my
car for repair. I worked with Orlando & the GM Chad. Both men were very helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions & did a thorough walk around of my vehicle & it’s damage.
I was given an estimated completion date and my car was ready several days sooner. I couldn’t be happier with the work they performed and their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Berlis

Michael Tran did an excellent job ensuring my Tesla Model 3 repair, was conducted in an outstanding manner. Michael communicated with me during the repair, and send me updates including pictures during the repair process. Michael worked with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered. They worked on my 2019 Maserati with a very difficult color! Long story short...I couldn’t dream of a better result! I highly recommend them!
Steve was very upfront, set the expectations right, professional, helpful, and understanding.

I got recommended here from a friend and was not disappointed. If you have a high end luxury car, muscle, exotic, Tesla.... take your car here!! Scott was very professional and upfront with me. He not only communicated to me consistently but made sure all questions were answered. Berli's is top notch work. I was glad I was able to take my car to a local business who did an awesome job on my challenger.

Scott at Berli's, our account representative, is a true professional. We took our car to Berli's by a recommendation of a friend who is very meticulous, and who was extremely satisfied with their craftsmanship. After 3 tries with the other Certified Mercedes Collision Center in Austin, I brought it to Berli's. The other party could not get the color or finish correct on our new matte MB, which was hit in a parking lot.
Chad and his team were incredibly detailed when reviewing the process and expectations to refinish a matte vehicle. While he knew the backstory, he spent way more time with me than he needed to during this step. I appreciated this as the other shop kept delivering a substandard product with very little context on why they couldn't get it right.

Poor workmanship, slow turnaround and lack of attention to details. Berli's kept my car for more than 6 weeks to repair damages to the quarter panel, bumper and suspension. The exterior looked ok from a few feet away when I first picked it up, but once I started inspecting closely I noticed multiple scratches, oversprays and paint damages all over the places that they touched. And the steering wheel was crooked. After taking the car back TWICE, they were able to address most of the problems, but a few still remain and at this point I just don't have any confidence that they will be able

I brought my BMW to Berli's after a car side-swiped me. Michael was my advisor and he did such a great job taking care of me. Michael and Berli's know customer service and quality. I had heard they were the best body shop in Austin and they are nothing short of that. I would definitely recommend Berli's for your next auto body needs.

I had the best experience at Berli's! I brought my car in for a couple of separate incidents, after a referral by Subaru of Georgetown. I have a 2017 Subaru STi and I'd been to other shops that did a lackluster job.
Berli's uses the highest quality paint and parts and is worth the trek from Austin to Pflugerville, hands down. They gave my car back with an exquisite detail, looking like I'd just driven it off the lot.
They were even able to work some magic and get my deductible covered (though it would have been worth it even if they hadn't).

I only went to get an estimate, but the staff didn't seem to take me seriously. Once helped, the service adviser kept coming back out to ask me questions about my car to prepare the estimate- disorganized. I was left unsure what I was waiting for for about 20-30 minutes. When I asked about how paint match would be assured and the repainting process used, service adviser appeared annoyed by my question and could not answer. I asked to reuse a customized badge as it was not damaged, service adviser told me they'd leave it in the cup holder and use a new badge totally not listening to what

Hands down the best body shop in Austin. They're a little on the expensive side (they've always worked out a great deal with my insurance providers) but have repaired multiple cars for me and delivered absolutely beautiful work. They took my '93 Supra Turbo with severe back end damage and restored it to like-new condition. So finely done, with an almost total rear body replacement, that an inspector could not tell it had ever been touched when it was sold. (I did disclose the information afterwards and he was shocked)

I hate that it's even possible for me to write this review. And what's even worst...I've experienced their phenomenal customer service three times, between our two vehicles. Let's just say we don't have a clean driving record.
Berlis is GREAT! They do fantastic work and the manager, Chad, is friendly and really knows his stuff. They had the car in and out and it din't take forever, either.
Thanks for the great service. I'm hoping I don't have to be back, but if I have to go anywhere....it'll be Berli's.

Got in a minor accident with my vehicle and I did not want to take it just anywhere. I went and shopped for body shops to see who is going to do this the correct way and the best work. After a few different commercial places, I decided to stop in at Berli's and was happy to see that they had a very upscale clientele and that they would take care of my vehicle the same way.
Orlando took us through the shop and explained what was going to happen in detail. It was this, that made me happy to see that my car was going to be in good hands.
