I've been to this location three times, one time in 2016 and two times in 2021, the last two times I dealt directly with Razz, and he was amazing, he is easy to talk to, he knows his job, he is honest and he will work with you and keep you updated, he has a great communication skills.

Our car ended up being totaled. Terex kept us updated every step of the way and provided pictures and information. They told us what they could do if we decided to fix the vehicle anyway regardless of insurance and as they uncovered more extensive damage even advised us that they wouldn't recommend fixing what had happened and keep the integrity/safety of the vehicle. They made zero money off me but looked out for my family's safety.
I will 100% use them for any body work needed in the future. Their integrity, honesty and work ethic was A+.

I noticed my car had a long black mark in the paint on my front bumper. Talked to Rex and he said bring it on by. He cleaned and buffed out the spot on my car in less than five minutes and charged me nothing for it (it was minor). None the less, you try finding a service here in this city that will do anything for free, by the owner of the shop no less. Five stars for honesty, ethics, speed, and results. Highly recommended.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. There is absolutely zero security for any vehicles. They left my vehicle out by the side walk on a busy street along with 10 other different vehicles. My vehicle was broken into and everything stolen. When I asked about security cameras.... they of course do not work. There are no gates around the perimeter. My vehicle had been broken into over a month ago... and nothing was communicated to myself or law enforcement. Every reservation or worry I had about taking my car to a shop that my troublesome insurance company suggested was immediately absolved thanks to Razz and his team. Razz should be the prime example for any manager- he was very patient, kind, fair, and willing to go the distance to ensure the best customer service and work done.

Our local Honda dealer uses Terex to perform factory warranty issues. Our blue 2014 Accord Hybrid was peeling around the rear glass and they repainted the entire roof. We also had Terex repair a few minor dings on the fender while it was in the shop. The results were excellent. Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He provided several options and helped me decide what work should be done.

Just picked up our 2018 Honda Odyssey for a new bumper cover. The work looks great and we are happy with the results.
Mike was professional on the phone and in person and even ordered the part for us before we dropped off the car so we wouldn’t be stuck in a rental for too long. He quoted us a 3 day turnaround time if no other issues and he had the work done in 2. They even washed my car for me, which was a really nice bonus.
I definitely recommend them based on their professionalism, their ability to complete work on time, and quality of work.

Got estimates from several other shops where it became clear that they were trying to over repair my car in order to force me to use my insurance. Finally stopped by Terex based on a recommendation from a a coworker who had previously worked there (which I thought was a good sign). The estimate came in well under what the other shops quoted me and most importantly - it was HONEST and aligned with what I thought the extent of the damage really was. Frank was great and super easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend others to go check them out!

Asked for some help with minor scratches and door dings on my truck as well as with replacing a plastic trim piece on my wife's Jeep. I shared a number of detailed photos but was asked this morning to come in person to show Rex my vehicle. I let him know about 15 minutes later that I was on my way. Rex said thanks right away and we were set to meet. When I arrived 15 minutes after that and asked for Rex, the receptionist told me I "just missed him" and he had left for that day just before I arrived. What? Pretty pathetic customer service and all Rex had to say was "Sorry"

Terex Auto Body was great in servicing my car after it was hit. Mike was a great help the entire time and consistently communicated with me regarding where my car was at in it's repair timeline. He's a great assessor and gave me an initial quote of four days off hand with a quick visual inspection from the day I dropped it off but Terex got it out in three.
The small courtesies extended to me and the polite professionalism means I would recommend this shop to anyone any day and am more than willing to return if I need future work.

I dunno what the other lady is talking about. I went in with my broken cady with the insurance saying that the accident was 50/50 and they were only going to pay half of the total repairs.
Jimmy helped me out a lot. The damage ended up being estimated at $4500. I found some used parts and paid $611 for the parts and $1600 for them to put the parts on for me.
The insurance ended up deciding that they were wrong and that they were going to be accepting 100% liability. So I got the check and paid around $2200 for the repairs.
Look at their work for yourself.

Andy and Jazmin were wonderful! I really didn't want to be late going into work so Jazmin emailed me all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out ahead of time and Andy even made sure that someone would be there a bit early so I could just drop my car off, hand them the keys and hop into my rental. Such a seamless process. Everyone was a joy to speak with, excellent outcome, timely and when I got in my car it was cleaned so well (I havent seen my car this clean since I bought it) and smelled great! Not sure if that's a common practice but I've never experienced it before. Will

Sometimes people have accidents. And sometimes those people happen to be your boyfriend, and you don't necessarily want both of your insurance companies to punish you for years about it. That's when I turned to Terex. We talked to the owner Rex about the quote and he was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He gave us best case and worst case quotes and assured us he would ask permission to proceed with additional needs once they took off the bumper and saw the actual damage.
Luckily, the quote ended up being in the best case scenario and the repair was done extremely well

I don't think I have enough room to write about these guys! From the very beginning, the staff was very nice and easy to work with. I had issues getting my rental car through the persons insurance that hit me and the terex staff were very understanding and didn't rush me to get it in to them until I had it all figured out.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! This was the third time I've taken a car to Terex. First a deer and my daughter's car collided, then my wife's car was hit while she was in the Barton Creek shopping mall parking lot (no note left ... only a huge dent in the door). This one was my fault (guy short stopped in the middle of a right turn and I hit his trailer hitch cover) and the paint on my front bumper was cracked and peeling.

Well I wanted to give them a higher rating but came here for bodywork done and they are an approved body shop through insurance....Ivan was pretty friendly on the phone and I think that Andy was who we dealt with checking in and out and he was also pretty good. They didn't have good estimations on when my vehicle would be done, kept hearing waiting on parts. Wondered why tracking isn't used or able to obtain where brackets to attach a bumper but it went about 4-5 days past original estimate which coming up to a holiday weekend was a bit annoying.
