I have had nothing but issues with this office. To start, they dropped my insurance policy without notifying me. I drove with our car insurance for a couple weeks (which is illegal) until I checked my account to see where my “discount” would put my monthly bill at. There was no policy. So, I had to pay the same day out of pocket to initiate a new policy. I was told I would be paying around 125$ for car insurance moving forward. The next bill comes and I get charged 210$ without any reasoning. I told them I no longer want to hold a policy with them (that includes both renters and car insurance
