Requests are received by email during our normal business hours, Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. Emergencies after business hours, contact us at 817-294-2353 option 5, DO NOT DISCONNECT during the transfer ~ you will hear several connection sounds while being transferred, leave a detailed message - someone will be notified to return your call.

My partner and I rented from Award when we lived in Fort Worth. Janette was so awesome. The most friendly and professional person we met. She was on top of everything when it came to the paperwork and making sure the house was ready for us on move in. We rented for almost 3 year with them and it was an amazing experience. If something came up with the house, we would put in a work order and it was handled quickly and professionally. We were sad when we got the news we had to move due to our work life but if we make it back to Fort Worth we will definitely go see Janette for the same care we got

Stay away unless you don’t have any better options.
I just can’t recommend how this company does business.
When we picked up the keys, the first time I met Jeanette, she called me a snowflake based solely on my age.
When we moved in, we took pictures of all the stuff that was left behind in the garage (painting supplies, floor panels, grout powder), in the kitchen (a light fixture in one of the cabinets), and the backyard (broken glass, old electrical cables, and rusting metal). I didn’t bother submitting a maintenance report because I didn’t want to wait for the maintenance team. I

They are the best! During "snowmaggedon" 2021, Jeanette was nothing but helpful and concerned. When the heat went out in the home I just rented, she wasted no time getting repairmen out, all while she was without heat. Absolute class A customer service all the way around.

Had multiple houses managed by award for many years with excellent service. When it came time for me to sell the homes they got them show ready and worked to get me the best offer. I would use them in the future if buying rentals again in the area and I highly recommend them for their professional service.

I lived in a small studio right by TCU for two years and was very happy with Award Property Management. My leasing agent was Annetta Bevers, and she's great! Very sweet, very caring, and always helpful. Emergency maintenance was really fast when I had some plumbing problems. Other than that one instance, all the appliances in my unit worked perfectly fine. I'd recommend them again to my friends in Fort Worth!
