They messed up with my insurance and I spent the whole 10 appointments explaining that I had credit because they overcharged me for my copay. Further, they had no idea what to do about my injury. It wasn't until I stopped going because they forgot to ask for more appointments that I got better.

Post shoulder surgery PT.
KBPT charged my ins for things they never did and the girl doing the PT was not qualified and did not know what she was doing. The owner, Kristin, spent the first visit showing me a couple exercises and the second visit she spent less than 5 minutes with me. The remainder visits were with someone who did the exact same maneuvers for maybe 10 minutes. I had no choice but discontinue going there. Kinda shady to be honest.
