A BIG Thank You to the staff at 360 Dental on West 11th Street who kindly provided me with cold water and use of the bathroom yesterday when my dog and I were stranded in the parking lot because our car had broken down and were waiting to get it towed. It was really hot and we so appreciated it. We are from out of town and the kindness showed was super appreciated! If I lived in the area I would definitely come back for dental care!

I wanted to wait until I had completed more than one visit to the office before I posted a review. I am giving a solid 5 stars. Let's start from the top.
Initial phone conversation was very pleasant. Receptionist was well informed regarding my insurance and even though I was "out of network" she took the time to help me learn my coverage here. Arrival was easy, parking was ample and easily accessed. Office was modern and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and even offered a fancy beverage while I waited. My wait time was short and light music played overhead
