I asked about a couple fixes for my Vehicle. It started off good but every time I called no answer. So I had to email. I kept asking for pricing and he finally got back with nearly 1k thousand for a used hood and $350 to paint. I said my hood 95% okay, just need to install the new hinges I bought and put things back together..which I will pay for. His answer = Good luck?? Who says that to their customers? I've never said to my customers. It's very condescending & rude.

Brought my car into Aces for a front bumper replacement after being involved in a minor front-end collision. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I wasn't going thru insurance, so I wanted to keep the costs down, but also didn't want to sacrifice quality. The estimate they provided turned out to be very accurate and the repair was completed without any issues. My car now looks good as new. The paint was matched perfectly and the panel gaps are tight. I absolutely love this place & I'd recommend it to everyone. I got into a hit & run and as you can see in the pictures my light was broken and my front bumper had some damage to it as well. If you need any auto body work, this is the place. I had my 2015 Tahoe repaired after a big accident. The SUV looks brand new. Also, had my 2018 Porsche fixed there too. Amazing job. I have been to a few auto repair places, but I am glad I found Aces. First, it was close to where I work. Secondly, they were friendly and professional. Contacted Ace Auto on a Sunday via yelp quotes. Not only did they reply back within 20 minutes but on a Sunday. Dropped the car off last Wednesday and picked it up today. I am disappointed with my experience at Aces Body Shop. First, I sent pictures over yelp to get a quote and he sent a message back saying he needed my vin number so I decided to just drive my car there to get an accurate quote.
The guy reminded me of a pushy car sales rep. He asked me if I was paying or my insurance and I told him I was. He then made all this noise like the damage was so much (I'll post a picture). He acted like a complete drama king. Every single second he was making a noise and saying oh my gosh this will have to be replaced....oh and look that will need to be done, etc

LA has a lot of body shops, BUT Aces is hands down the best in town. They were prompt in responding, friendly, polite, honest, and truly helped me out. They contacted my insurance for me to get the repairs done. They really know their stuff. My car was completed and looked amazing, Of course that is their job, but they made the process so much easier. I have recommended Aces Auto Body to my friends.
