I wrote a review almost 7 years ago and I am going to write it again. This property management is by far the best we have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. I was very upset and frustrated with the owner of the building sold the property and we were no longer managed by H&H. Before the switch Kathy let me know well in advance it was going to happen, I was given notice of inspections while the purchasing process was happening and she made sure she heard my concerns and passed them forward to the new people. Since we have a new management group, I feel like we are disconnected from them their

My wife and I needed a place quickly so we called H and H hoping that something would be available. We had been searching for weeks through several other property management to no avail but w only one call Kathy and her husband were able to get in into an affordable, quite lovely apartment on the north end of downtown Boise. Kathy was professional and easy to deal with. She held the place as promised and we were able to sign a lease and move in within a couple of days. Very understanding and reliable. I can tell they care about their tenants. We love our little neighborhood. Would highly recommend

The owner made us feel wanted and welcomed. He really gave the impression that his renters are more than about the rent but providing a safe peaceful place to live. The rent house was perfect for the ones doing the renting. Awesome job Ronnie Hughes at H & H Properties. Thank you very much. This is the only company that I would use if I could. I rented from them over 3 years ago after having to move due to mold in my last place. Not long after moving in birds had settled in the duct line just above my bathtub. They went above and beyond in rectifying the damage. I have never met such a professional and personable staff, then what I have experienced with H&H. They are the best in the Treasure Valley!!

The Hamilton Family at H&H erased my negative viewpoint of property management companies in Boise. These are real people with real expectations! They were nothing but kind and honest during my 3 years renting with them. Any issue that arose was dealt with promptly and they made moving out/getting my security deposit back super easy. Working with this property management company was great. Kathy was a big to me and my son. We acquired the apartment through catch. However the property owner himself didn't care at all about his tenants or their situation. He couldn't wait to kick a disabled mom and her special needs child out for lease violations without first giving me the chance to correct them first. He wanted two units he could clean up and rent them for more money. I would think having a tenant that pays their rent in full and on time. it just amazes me how some people just only think about themselves and not how their actions

The best, most honest, accommodating people I have EVER rented from.
They were very fair, and we did get our deposit back, in spite of my dog having caused some minor damage; and our having smoked some in the unit (which did cost them to clean). We didn't deserve that kindness at all, as smoke smells are a pain to clean. So I'm guessing that if some people are not getting their deposit back, it's on them; not H&H.

Thieves! They will have you sign a lease that is longer than all the paperwork in buying a house which basically allows them to steal your entire security deposit. They will harass you during your stay, send you hate mail when the fault is theirs, and you should expect surprise sudden house inspections with less than 24 hours notice. Even though I left the place spotless, they stole money from me for erroneous lawn care $250. They also charged me $300 for blind cleaning which they said they needed to take the blinds down and send them to a professional cleaner all so the next tenants moving in
