Raina's Residential Property Management, LLC has been a strong presence in the rental industry since Raina built it from the ground up in 1999. So when she sold the business to her father, Robert Bivin, in 2004 he kept the company name in her honor because she had established such a reputable company.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED AND PURCHASED FROM!!!!!! My first home purchase and its a nightmare!!!!!! Was tricked with smoke and mirrors...be sure and do your due diligence of inspecting the home if you plan to buy....and expect to be under a magnifying glass. Somehow they have been able to hide or remove horribly negtive reviews I base most everything I do on reviews wish I would have known that companies like this can have them removed I have proof. If you found yourself thinking about rainas....RUN!

We have been renting from them for the past 3 years. They have gone above and beyond in every way to make sure we have the best home possible.
