We had Charles come out to the house yesterday and he was amazing. Our hot water heater decided to not function and leak so we didn't know what to do. We saw all the great reviews and gave Charles a call. He fit us into his day and got us back up and running to code. Let me add a bit more...he is honest, local, meticulous, knows his stuff and tries to save you money! He has his on YouTube channel that he told me about and it is great, which will help me do it myself for some things :-).

What a great plumber! I just had " Charles", the owner come out to fix my toilet. I was very pleased that he was on time, nice, quick, honest and did NOT rip me off!
I had another plumber out here that wanted to rip me off to the tune of $600 for the same toilet!

Charles is the most honest reliable plumber I have had come to my house in the 20 years I have owned it. Since the house is older, I have had every major upgrade and repair and have used many local companies. Regrettably, some became outlandishly expensive due to buying out smaller companies. One was just plain crooked but still in business. Charles does not gouge, is on-time and I don't have to call him back to finish or repair the work. Thank you, Charles of CRC Plumbing!

We recently learned we had a slab leak. We immediately called OUR plumber Charles with CRC Plumbing that we have been using for the past 10 years. He came out and isolated the general area. We also, per Charles, had a leak detection company to come out and confirm the leak area... once isolated and he was correct, Charles was able to complete the job. He rerouted it up through our attic and as ALWAYS , he explains in detail exactly what he's doing and why... Charles showed up to fix a dripping bathroom faucet. He charged me $150 for a 15 minute job. He left and the problem is still there. After he was done with the job he told my wife that he will charge if he has to come back for the same problem. No work guarantee! Not good. Be aware.

I called on a Tuesday morning because of a cold shower. By lunch, I had a new water heater. It wasn't just the timing. The prior owner of my house improperly installed the previous water heater in a dangerous fashion and without proper safety features. CRC set it up right the first time and came up with solutions that did not severely impact the cost of the installation.

As other people have said here on Yelp, Charles is great! Like most people I use Yelp to find professionals who have a decent reputation. However when I came to check local plumbers it was futile because it seemed that all the Plumbers had 4.5 - 5 starts.
But out of the 4 I send an email to, only Charles responded promptly and he was not vague or just trying to get an appointment. He actually wanted to know about my problem. I booked him, and he got here right on time. (and I'm sure that ladies will love that puts on disposable booties before he sets foot in your house.). He checked

I called regarding my Noritz tankless which had stopped working. Charles told me everything I needed to know to make the right decision, which was to just replace the unit myself.
Then, when the gas line was not big enough, he talked me through my options and told me when he was available.
I ended up using someone else who could get out that same day but I would call CRC for any future plumbing issues because he spent so much time with me and he wasn't even going to earn $1.
