My Mother rented from this place for a few years and it was a nightmare. Never wanted to replace broken appliances, always used a "handyman" and not an actual professional for repairs and the realtor, who was BFFs with the owner, once snapped at her because she was planning to move and there were boxes around the place. Duh!
Final straw was the roof leak. This time they actual sent out professionals, after they sent the "handyman". A/C unit and duct work were full of three types of toxic mold. The Pros came in, tore down the ceiling, broke a bunch of furniture, ripped out all the carpet and tarped

Buy into the American dream...you tell your child. Own a home, you say. He's a fireman, works in a hospital emergency room, 4 kids and he attends college...while saving to buy his first home. Mold, mildew and water damage hidden by fresh paint , a lot of fresh paint . . . He is now a home owner . . . 2 1/2 weeks . . . and it's not worth what he owes the bank. Reconsider who you buy from and who is your representing realtor. Research, get personal recommendations . . . it's not a dream, it's a nightmare.
