BETTER BUY REALTY has decades of real estate experience in Flagler County. We started in Palm Coast in 1998, and at that time, our Association of Realtors was housed in a double-wide trailer (and half of that) was rented out to a landscaping company. Nevermind the wild rooster's rooming around. I digress.

First understand how a discount broker works. They pull comps to your property from the LOWEST recent sales they can find. They want to price your home low so they can sell quick. Jeffrey Sawyer of Better Buy Realty is no exception. He comes to your home with an hour long fast talking uninterrupted sales pitch and a satchel full of statistics, pictures, flyers and magazines showing his company. He tells you how great he is, how fast he sells property and boasts of his number of sales. Anyone can sell your home for full price when they price it at a bargain basement price. He does not bring a listing

LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!!! I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. Through my Realtor Blaine Draisey with TAG Ventures Real Estate (whom I very highly recommend) we submitted an offer to Jeff Sawyer on one of his listings. The very next day he texted my realtor "Looks like we are going to have a deal". I understand until we have a signed contract we don't officially have a deal, but with that message it looked promising. 2 days go by with absolutly no communication from Jeff. Finally on the 3rd day he contacts my agent and asks for us to re-write the offer on an As-Is contract
