You could either call us for emergencies or send us an email for less urgent maintenance issues. We will then schedule a time for our qualified experts to come and assess and repair the problem. The owner is notified of the request for repair and will be provided an invoice for work completed. Disbursement of funds happens every month.

I have rented the house I live in now for 6 years through Awt properties. Candy and the rest of Andrews staff were wonderful to deal with and always answered concerns in a timely manor. Andrew was so kind to even help in the process for me to purchase the hoise for me to have my first home. Thank you Andrew amd his wonderful staff.

I wish I could rate this property management company 10 stars. Andrew and Samantha were wonderful! I was with them less then a year due to being transferred to Orlando with my job. I was commuting back and forth for 6 months when it was finally to much. I called and spoke to Andrew and he helped me get in contact with the owner and let me break my lease early AND I’m getting my deposit back! Andrew and Sam listened to my issues and problem solved. I can’t thank them enough for treating me and my family like people and not just a pay check. If your looking to rent you've got to give them a shot

Rented a property for almost 4 years I'm the easiest tenants you can ask for I do not call for nothing and whatever I can do I do not bother the property management!
When I enter the property it was supposed to be clean but I got a dirty kitchen floors bathrooms so I had to clean it all at 10 pm when we moved.
The previous management company was Remax Oceanside in Flagler beach then changed to AWT without a notice , letter.
I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom and problem in the kitchen took forever until someone came to fix it and numerous phone calls, even the owner Andrew Trotter came
